About Brian

Brian is the Managing Partner of Osler LLP’s Calgary office with a focus on the managerial side of employment and labour issues. A skilled negotiator and thoughtful dealmaker, Brian has built his career on seeking solutions that build common ground and mutual respect.

Brian’s community work includes serving as Chair of the Calgary Police Commission, as well as sitting on the boards of the Calgary Police Foundation, and Ronald McDonald House Southern Alberta. Brian has contributed hundreds of volunteer hours toward making Calgary a better place to live and has helped set the foundation for a safe and resilient community for many years to come.

Brian has lived in Calgary for over 30 years with his wife Sandi and their two children.
